World Book Fair has started at Pragati Maidan in Delhi. A large number of people reached the book fair on the first day of the book fair.
World Book Fair Inauguration
The World Book Fair, which will run till February 18, has started from 10 February at Pragati Maidan. Dharmendra Pradhan Union Education and Skill Development Minister inaugurated the fair. During this, Saleh bin Eid Al Husseini Saudi Arabian Ambassador was also present. The Dharmendra Pradhan said that India is a country where there is diversity of languages. There are books in many languages for the readers. At the time of Book fair inauguration Dharmendra Pradhan also launched an e-library.
What is present in which hall
There are more than 2 thousand book stalls from Hall No. 1 to 5 of Pragati Maidan. On the first day of the fair, the maximum crowd was seen in Hall No. 3.
Hall Number 1
In Hall No. 1 Books available related to Science, Humanities and Philosophy are available at different stalls in Hall No. 1.
Hall Number 2
In Hall No. 2. Books available related to literary subjects and genres.
Hall Number 3
Hall number-3 is for children.
Hall Number 4
Hall No. 4. International activities are taking this place.
Hall Number 5
Hall number-5 is the theme pavilion. This hall itself contains books of mostly English authors.

Entry Pass Price
Entry for children and senior citizens is free.
But for children, they will have to come in school uniform than the entry free otherwise not entry free.

Entry is from Gate No. 4, 6 and 10 – 11 AM to 7 PM
Tickets did not sell at Pragati Maidan
Tickets can be purchased by scanning the QR code installed at all entry gates.
